Sanctioned Subject Updates.
On 26/04/2023, the EU Commission published a new consolidated list of sanctioned subjects in Russia, updated on 03/05/2023 and finally on 05/05/2023.

Trade defense measures from the United States.
In the context of the anti-dumping review of carbon and alloy steel cold-drawn mechanical tubes, the US International Trade Commission (ITC), based on input received from interested parties, has opted to conduct a full review against of Italy and all the other countries involved (Germany, China, India, Korea and Switzerland).
The conclusion of the proceeding is expected within 360 days of its initiation (indicatively by the end of December 2023)
The products concerned by the measure are those referred to in HS Code 730431, 730451, 730630, 730650
