CONVENZIONE DOGANALE RELATIVA AL TRASPORTO INTERNAZIONALE DI MERCI ACCOMPAGNATE DA CARNET TIR (CONVENZIONE TIR).

DESIGNAZIONE DELL’ENTE GARANTE DEL PAKISTAN
Si rende noto che il «Pakistan National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce» (PNC-ICC/094) è stato incaricato dalle competenti autorità del Pakistan a rilasciare Carnet TIR e ad assumerne la garanzia sul proprio territorio, conformemente all’articolo 6, paragrafo 1, e all’Allegato 9, Parte I, della Convenzione TIR, a decorrere dal 18 Aprile 2018.
Pertanto, la Convezione TIR è adesso integralmente applicabile anche in Pakistan.
Si precisa, inoltre, che ai sensi dell’articolo 6, paragrafo 2, della Convenzione TIR, la garanzia prestata dal predetto Ente garante copre anche gli obblighi risultanti in tale Paese in relazione ad operazioni accompagnate da carnet TIR rilasciati da Enti garanti esteri associati alla medesima organizzazione internazionale (IRU).
L’importo massimo, per ogni carnet TIR, che può essere richiesto all’associazione garante in questione è stato fissato a 60.000 Euro, ai sensi dell’articolo 8, paragrafo 3, della Convenzione TIR.
Di seguito si riportano le coordinate dell’ente garante e gli specimens dei timbri e delle firme nonché l’elenco degli uffici di partenza e di destinazione abilitati all’utilizzo della procedura TIR.
